Experience a two-day, one-night trekking adventure to Mount Sangkareang via Tetebatu, one of Lombok’s scenic mountain villages. This trek combines a long hike through the mountain landscape, an overnight camping experience, and the chance to enjoy both sunset and sunrise from approximately 3,200 metres above sea level.
Guests must stay overnight in Tetebatu before the trek to prepare for the early morning start.

Trekking Itinerary
Day 1 — Trekking, Camping & Sunset
08:00 AM – Overnight camping
08:00 AM — Start from Tetebatu
Guests should stay in Tetebatu the night before the trek. Meet the trekking team in the morning and prepare for the journey.
08:30 AM — National park check-in
Check in at the Mount Rinjani National Park entrance before starting the trek.
Trekking to the camping area
The hike to the camping area takes approximately seven hours. Coffee breaks and lunch are provided along the way.
Continue to the summit for sunset
From the camping area, continue for approximately one additional hour toward the summit area to enjoy sunset at around 3,200 metres above sea level.
Evening — Return to camp
After sunset, descend to the camping area for dinner and an overnight stay in camp.
Day 2 — Sunrise & Descent
05:00 AM – 03:00 PM
05:00 AM — Tea before the sunrise hike
Wake up and enjoy a cup of tea before climbing back toward the summit to watch the sunrise.
After sunrise — Breakfast
Descend to the camping area and enjoy breakfast before continuing the trek.
Descend to the starting point
Begin the return journey, with lunch along the trekking route.
Around 03:00 PM — Trek Ends & Drop-Off
Arrive back at the starting point at approximately 03:00 PM. Drop-off transport to destinations across Lombok is included in the tour package.
